I am a treatment provider. I have been utilizing the Haven for years when doing interventions. I have never once had a negative review from a client I have referred there. Their communication and care is excellent. They are very responsive and timely
River Oaks was everything I expected and more! The therapy groups and individual sessions have been extremely helpful and just what I needed to help me move forward in my life. All of the therapists are extremely involved and are always there for you whenever you need them, and are always willing to help you., even if they aren’t your assigned therapist. The Clients are on a schedule every day, but there is enough freedom that you don’t feel you are imprisoned. The nurses really take care of you, and make sure that you are comfortably taken care of physically and emotionally throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end, including giving you some graham crackers when you need to take your meds! The intake process is longer than what I think it’s appropriate, but once you get to your room, everything runs smoothly, and I felt very safe, cared for, appreciated and accepted in this beautiful environment. I will continue to recommend this program for anyone in need of PTSD therapy, drug and alcohol recovery therapy, and any trauma in general. I love this recovery facility because it focuses on your whole entire being, inside and out, mentally, physically, learning about nutrition, Communication, and really everything you need to become a better, more well-rounded human being, including focusing on the main reason why you enter the program. It really made me a better more complete, stable human being, and I will forever be grateful to everyone there, including my peers.
My stay at Haven was wonderful, all of the staff are amazing, rooms are awesome and the food is top notch, seriously can’t say enough good things about Haven. Thank you for all the love.
