    Coalition Recovery

If you’re looking for a treatment facility for either you or a loved one- Coalition Recovery is hands down the best choice. I have never met a staff more dedicated to actual PATIENT CARE than this facility. Truly, this staff is committed to not only caring for patients in fragile physical and/or mental states but also assisting in the process of sobriety beyond the inpatient level. This is not 'just' a treatment center; it is the first step in a new beginning.

An Overview of Tampa Treatment Clinics

Tampa drug rehab programs strive to do one thing: to help you understand why addictions can be deadly, and give you the tools you’ll need in order to stop abusing drugs for good.

There are many programs just waiting to provide you with the help you’ll need to beat back an addiction. All you’ll have to do is choose one, and then agree to accept the help this program provides.

Benefits of Entering a Rehab Clinic

There’s no question that drugs can ruin your life. A quick perusal of the newspapers can prove that fact. For example, according to news reports, a man who was once a middle school teacher in the Tampa area was arrested for drugs in 2007, and now he is under suspicion of attacking several people while under the influence.

Drugs can make these sorts of terrible crimes all the more common, as they subvert your ability to control your impulses and plan for the future. What was once unthinkable suddenly seems like a good idea. Chaos can quickly follow.

In a rehab program, you can break this cycle. You’ll learn how to undo the damage done by addiction, so you can think clearly once more and keep your cravings in check. You’ll also learn how to repair your relationship with your family, which might allow you to develop a support group you can lean on when times are tough.

    Your Rehab History

In order to develop a program that’s right for you, your counselor will want to know about your rehab history. You’ll be expected to answer questions like these:

    • Have you tried to quit on your own?
    • What happened?
    • Have you entered an addiction treatment before?
    • Did you complete the program?
    • How soon did you relapse, and why?

    Seeking Treatment Programs in Tampa

Finding an addiction treatment program can be slightly tricky. If you were looking for a doctor, for example, you could simply ask your friends for the names and contact information of their doctors, and you could choose based on the similarities you have with your friends. You might be leery of sharing your need for rehab with your friends, however, and you might not even know anyone who has been through rehab in the past.

We can help. Our experts can find the right Tampa rehab program for you, based on your responses to a few simple questions. It only takes a few moments, and the call is both free and confidential.

Addiction treatment can look very different depending on your situation. There are many components, including detox, as well as inpatient and outpatient treatment.

    • Detox: Often, this is the first step on the continuum of care. In a detox program you will receive medical attention for acute withdrawal symptoms as your body eliminates substances from your system.
    • Inpatient: You will live on-site at the rehab center if you enter an inpatient program. These rehabs offer 24-hour support; if your addiction is severe, this is a great option for you.
    • Outpatient: You will visit the outpatient center throughout the week for group counseling, doctor check-ins, or to update prescriptions.
    • Aftercare: A counselor or therapist designs an aftercare plan that will provide you with the support that works best for you. This may take the form of 12-step meetings, group therapy, or individual counseling to keep you on track once you return home.

Once you are ready to find treatment for your substance use disorder, you can look at our directory to find out more information about Tampa rehabilitation programs as well as other treatment facilities near you. Every treatment center has a unique approach to treating addiction. Find what works for you. If you don’t find a rehab in Tampa that is a good fit, you can expand your search to other cities or states.
