Its been a huge help to get clothes because all I had was landscaping stuff when I got here. Mattie helped me tremendously to get everything I needed to be comfortable. It was a great process because she got me in very quickly after my therapist sent an email. I wasnt expecting that. Ive had experiences before at other places where staff has ignored me when I needed something or brushed me off. I was happy I could get my needs met in a timely manner.
