Verify your coverageCommunication was a strength of the facility but service takes awhile. I think it's a great facility despite the wait time.
Caring staff .Do not help with after care. They are valuable because they are more affordable than most in OC.
I LOVE Action Family Bakersfield!!! I have been employed by Action for almost 4 years. All the staff is like a big family, working together to help people and families effected by addiction. The program directors are incredibly intelligent and insightful. The facility managers go above and beyond to keep clients comfortable and important. The chef is a gift to all who consume his food, he caters to each individual\'s likes and dislikes when shopping and prepares delicious home cooked meals 3 times a day. 5 days a week. The counsellors are amazing and genuinely care about each client\'s recovery. I know that I would still be clean and sober without Action, 4 1/2 years and counting!!! If I was no longer an employee, I would continue to recommend friends and family members because they treat you as if you are!
