There are two people to a room and men and women are in separate house. During the beach/park visits we are reintegrated with opposite sex. The houses were companion animal friendly. If you do not have one, the backyard includes a Koi pond with wild ducks. Transportation is provided by staff to all activities and daily meetings. 6 out of 7 meeting each week are AA. 12 step is emphasized but not a requirement. Majority of the residents were addicts, some were alcoholics. There were 25 men in 4 houses and 4 women living at a separate house. Living rooms had TVs with all the apps and movie channels installed. Bowflex, stationary bike, punching bags, and laundry machines in garage. What I learned in the program: -To live my life without using. -If you want to use again, your misery will be fully refunded.
