She truly was very attentive ,Listening to me and calling me on my BS and helping me reconnect with my wife helping us learn new ways of communication so the we will be able to have a healthy communication style in our marriage .While also helping teach me new healthy coping skills for me to deal with life in a health way . ***2 week stay cost me $62,000.00*** Beware! I agree with the positive reviews that this place is extremely clean and the staff treated me amazingly and i got alot out of the program- the problem didn\'t start til after I got home 2 weeks later. Kelsey told us we had to pay nothing out of pocket and the 2 week stay would only cost $3,500...basically anything we wanted to hear to get me in the door. Imagine my disbelief when I got a bill in the mail for $62,000!!! Yes u heard me right, sixty two Thousand dollars for a 2 week stay!!!!! When I called Kelsey to ask about receiving a detailed breakdown of the bill no answer....I have heard similar stories about this place getting all they can from the insurance companies and now I believe it! Yes they are a great place but at what cost??? Could of went to Malibu for 30 days for that price. Not 14 days in Costa Mesa. Its a shame because I really liked this place until I got the bill.
