Our loved one was in this facility for 3 weeks and received stellar treatment, from rehabilitation, to mental health intervention, to offering a great, clean facility, to serving healthy, hot, nutritious meals. We strongly recommend this facility, where patients and families feel welcome, are treated with respect, dignity and compassion. An exercise room was available, medication and yoga classes were offered, along with other mind craft/art related workshops.
I spent 30 days here and had a great therapist but often groups were facilitated by instructors who were underprepared. You have a lot of unstructured free time that could be used for programming. I relapsed and went back to a different rehab (Swift River) and did much better there. Unfortunately, Spring Hill staff has been calling and texting me over and over again ever since, despite the fact that I have told them many times I decided to go to Swift River instead of choosing Spring Hill. They even called my father several times as I had listed him as my emergency contact. When I finally called to ask that they stop calling me and my father I was accused of lying about being in a different treatment center and hung up on. I finally wrote this review because I could not find another way of making the phone calls stop. Clearly they are hurting for business, but as a person in recovery this hounding made me feel used.
These people saved my life honestly. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with alcohol or drugs.
