Knowledgable staff and trained clinicians who are ready for any type of situation they are approached with. A lot of people in group therapy may limit its effectiveness. This facility deals specifically with the treatment of substance abuse but a variety of mental health issues that accompany it too.
Helpful caring staff. The check in process was slow. The counselors were nice.
Detox was a strength. After program was a weakness.
Encounter group was a strength. Process group was a downfall.
Strengths: centrally located. Weaknesses: should follow clients. client relapsed. Longer stay of care and follow up would reduce chance of relapse.
