Like many other cities across the United States, Boynton Beach, which is located in Southeastern Florida, is being affected by drug use.
Nearly 231,000 people in Southeastern Florida reported past-month binge alcohol use from 2012 to 2014.1 Binge drinking can increase a person’s risk of experiencing harmful effects. Additionally, 31,600 people reported past-year illicit drug use during the same period.1
Before entering a Boynton Beach drug rehab, you may require medical detox. Detox is often the first step on the continuum of substance abuse treatment; it reduces or prevents your withdrawal symptoms in a medical setting. However, detoxification on its own isn’t enough to help you achieve long-term abstinence.2
They really helped me get to my core issues and not only help my substance abuse problem but also help my eating disorder and trauma as well. I would prefer to stay sober and not need treatment again but if i did need it again I would absolutely come here. I have been to many treatment centers and this one is the best!
I gained a personal relationship with Christ there and learned a lot about myself. They celebrate recovery, which is very nice. However, there is no mental health program.
The clinicians are fantastic!! Plenty of group sessions in house and addiction outside the facility As a young facility they still have some growing pains with organizational skills and management. Plenty of group and personalized attention by the clinicians and nurses. This facility is for first responders only (fire, police, and ems). The house itself is immaculate I would recommend it to people Psychologists and therapists guest speakers from around the country come in and lecture and give advice to help the staff as well as the patients grow in their recovery. They specialize in First Responder PTSD

One of the most difficult obstacles to recovery is getting past the physical addiction itself. Physical dependence is a complicated process, and differs for each individual depending on genetic predisposition and what substances are involved. Usually, the first step in treatment is to free the patient from this physical dependency. This usually requires medical attention and the use of prescriptions under a doctor’s supervision.
Some rehabilitation programs include this in their treatment programs; others require the patient to seek detox at a hospital or medical clinic. You should find out beforehand and make arrangements accordingly.
