Maple Mountain Recovery
I looked for a long time for a good facility. The holistic approach with 12 steps was exactly what I needed. For so long I did not take care of my body, learning to work out and eat healthy was extremely important to my recovery. I never experienced Yoga Nidra and bio sound lounge. It opened my eyes to meditation and how much that decreases my anxiety. A great place to recover!!!
