Verify your coverageI enjoy working here at sanctuary. It is such a great environment and team based effort in getting people into treatment and saving a life!! I wouldnt want to work anywhere else. Our Clinical Approach Impact is committed to compassionate and common sense treatment for all who seek help. We offer both residential and outpatient programs for adult men and women. Our admissions department screens and assesses each individual in order to determine the appropriate level of care based on a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnosis as determined by the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) assessment tool. Individualized treatment planning and other services are then established through collaboration between counselor and client utilizing the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), evidence based assessment tool. Our professional and certified staff provides an array of specialized counseling and therapies that address fundamental barriers to a lifetime of recovery. Threaded throughout treatment is the time honored and effective 12 Step philosophy and its principles that emphasize: responsibility, accountability and integrity.
I have worked as the Director of the Intensive Outpatient Programs for the past 15 years and I have sent hundreds of My clients to the Action adult and teen residential programs in piru in Santa Clarita.... and every single one of my client come back with nothing but positive things to say about the treatment regimen that they received in residential! I\'ve had the pleasure of working with the staff here at Action for numerous years..... And they all sincerely care about their clients and love their jobs and love what we do ....every single day of our lives we get to help people and that\'s a huge blessing that I wouldn\'t trade for the world!!!!!! I worked at numerous facilities prior to working at Action... many of the supervisors at these other jobs would show up for an hour or two and then theyd go shopping for the rest of the day ...but here at Action we get to personally work with our supervisors and the owner of Action who suits up and shows up everyday and works as hard.... if not harder evry day!!! He even stays up at the high school working until 10 o\'clock and gets up and goes to the hospital at 7 o\'clock in the morning.... and is on the phone from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every single night and stays on call 24 hours a day !!!!! Now that to me sounds like someeon that genuinely cares about his staff his client and his facilities!!!!
