The counselors that had been addicts at one time were very informative, and really made you look at yourself and think about things in new ways. The food was not bad at all and the rooms were pretty decent. The groups and activities really helped to make you think and find new ways to express yourself. Some of the counselors didn't really understand or know what we were going through and could never understand what this life is like. Not enough outside time.
My friend came out a better person & is continuing to live a better life after treatment at this facility. The doctors were knowledgable, kind, patient, gave attention to detail and gave individual care.
It was homey and wonderfully kind nurses, doctors, tests, sleeping arrangement etc. They check every 15 min.
