Verify your coverageThe staff was so helpful when I first contacted them the day my son decided to go into detox they walked me thru it all helped with arrangements and held a bed for my son after detox..the staff is caring and tough both at the same time..
I can't say enough about Spring Hill Recovery Center but in the interest of brevity and in no particular order: 1. The facilities are top shelf. 2. The food was way better than what I expected. 3. Having a well equipped gym to work out in was clutch and helped my recovery. 4. The staff was remarkable and caring. Specifically: A. Marcus is a tremendous asset to SH. All of his lectures/seminars were interesting and enlightening. His passion for what he does is clearly evident. B. My clinician Chelsea was caring and compassionate. C. Sarah showed exemplary professionalism and understanding from a placement and business standpoint. She put me at ease, thoroughly explained the program and accurately set my expectations. D. Nabil is energetic, smart and willing to listen. SH is fortunate to have him captaining the ship. He is a true leader. E. John is not only a knowledgeable nurse, but his personality and friendliness made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. F. Mo, Nick, Doug and Jeff did the tough job of tracking my whereabouts courteously. They allowed me to maintain my dignity during a humbling time.
Strengths include: Staff, Ability, Skill, Knowledge, Understanding, Caring Boundries This should be the model program for others to follow. I wish State and Federal Insurance programs would get on board. If they did we could really make a big diference in peoples lives.
