Mary O’Neil is a marketing, public relations, and communications professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Summit Behavioral Health, O’Neil was a member of the senior leadership team at Merrimack Valley Hospital in Haverhill where she served as the director of marketing and public relations. She was later promoted to the northeast regional marketing director for Steward Health Care, the hospital’s parent company. In addition to a successful career in marketing and communications, O’Neil has held adjunct faculty positions at Northern Essex Community College and, most recently, at the Summerfuel Pre-College Program at Harvard where she teaches public speaking and debate. O’Neil is actively involved in her community and currently serves as the president of the board of directors for the Haverhill YMCA and as a member of the YMCAs of the North Shore corporate board of directors. In 2011, O’Neil was selected as a YWCA’s Woman of the Year and received the 2013 Book of Golden Deeds Award from the Exchange Club of Haverhill. O’Neil holds a master’s degree in visual and media arts from Emerson College in Boston.

Frank came to Bedrock Recovery Center as a senior behavioral healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience in cumulative leadership roles. Since beginning his career, Frank has worked in various capacities with addiction and mental health treatment providers all over the United States. Through his experience, Frank has been exposed to many different treatment and clinical program modalities; and has developed a keen understanding of the ingredients necessary to deliver effective treatment. Frank’s management experience, diverse knowledge of behavioral healthcare treatment settings, and passion for patients to succeed are his greatest contributions to the culture of Bedrock Recovery Center.

Patrick is a graduate from Suffolk University in 2001 with a BA in Business Management. He has worked in the field of substance abuse for the past 10 years. Patrick was presented with an opportunity in March of 2016 to help with Northeast Addictions Treatment Center in Quincy where he originally found sobriety. He feels like he owes his life to the Quincy community, so he joined forces with NEATC and became their Director of Professional Relations. Before NEATC, Patrick was the Program Coordinator for MOAR and was hand selected by Governor Charlie Baker to participate in the “State Without Stigma” billboard campaign. He was also nominated in 2014 for “Advocate of the Year” award by Young People in Recovery, a national organization.
