About WestBridge
WestBridge is a family-founded non-profit organization in Manchester, New Hampshire, opened in 2001. They provide services for men and women with substance use, mental health conditions, or both. The programs combine psychiatric care, medication management, and independent living skills.
Learning Through Evidence-Based Care
WestBridge combines integrated dual disorder treatment (IDDT) with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), family education, and medication management. Throughout the week, participants can attend groups that focuses on coping skills, relapse prevention, communication, nutrition, vocational planning, wellness, and symptom management while building routines that support life after treatment.
A Community That Encourages Growth
Clients share meals, practice responsibilities, attend wellness groups, participate in community outings, and develop communication, relationship, and vocational skills alongside their clinical care. They encourage family to stay involve through education and support.
