The staff and Nurses are very caring and professional. I think there something’s that need to worked on, all activities for the patients are on the first floor. However, the patients are not allowed to use the bathrooms downstairs. The online description is deceiving, there are pictures of people running and at the beach stating there activities for the patients to do. There is none of that. We barely go outside. I do enjoy Debra's nightly activity games. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he said there was healthy foods, when I arrived I learned very quickly that isn’t true. I wish there were more healthy options. At arrival they take all of your belongings from you to inspect. I except that. However, they should allow you get a few necessities out of your bags (with supervision and inspection) to take with you to your room to freshen up, and have a change of clothes. I arrived at 11am and didn’t receive my bags until early the next morning. I had to beg for a TA to help me and grab some toiletries and a pair of underwear in pajamas to wear to bed. When I spoke to the facility they talked about yoga. Well, that’s only twice a week. It’s also located near the smoking patio so you smell smoke the entire time. I find this very offensive.
