Victory Bay is a behavioral health treatment center in New Jersey that offers effective outpatient treatment for substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorders. Our environment is welcoming and safe so people can recover and heal from trauma. We maintain small caseload sizes, which allows counselors to give the individualized attention clients desire. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in managing any co-occurring disorders Group therapy is a primary treatment modality, but we aim to hold small group sessions. Individual therapy is also provided weekly, allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals.
