Even though it took me some time to adjust and be fully comfortable to go to all my groups, once I did, I found the coping skills class to be very helpful, as well as the employment preparedness class. Before coming to Serenity Point I was in a very dark and vulnerable place but once I came here I was greeted by an amazing staff and even better peer that understand me because they have been in my shoes before.
