I was so blessed to find this doctor on a Friday evening. My current doctor had disappeared and my medication was due on Sat. These doctors did my intake and had my medicine at the pharmacy by Friday night. Thank you so much for everthing!!!
I went to first step twice but due to my own stupidity at the time I didn't complete the whole recommended year plus treatment. It is a great program I have actually recommended friends/associates to go and to stick it out that it's worth it. They have all kinds of classes that help with addiction especially with relapse prevention and to learn to notice your triggers and on top of that they are a counselors and they help you strive to be better. The only downside is of course with it being all women women can clash but if people can just stay and deal with it it's worth it I'm doing great now luckily tired of being stupid and doing wrong things in my life but I feel like if I would have stuck and done the right things and the first step program I would have had everything that I have now sooner. Just please women be patient and you can find a good and everybody including to Love yourself
RIO had what I needed to break my destructive cycle of alcohol abuse. The medical staff helped me comfortably get through the initial withdrawal period. Therapy and nightly aa meetings helped me get back in the sobriety grove where I intend to stay.
In effect, treating a drug addiction while a mental issue remains untreated makes it more likely that a person will relapse when symptoms like depression, anxiety or hyperactivity start to flare up.
Treatment Program LengthsFor many people, recovering from an addiction is a long-term process where ongoing support and guidance is needed. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, the length of time a person spends in a treatment program can greatly affect how effective the treatment will be. Treatment facilities should include the following program steps to ensure a person receives needed care:
Drug rehabilitation can take many forms, depending on a person's individual treatment needs. Residential services are available for people who have a long history of drug use, while outpatient services are for those with less severe addictions or life responsibilities they can't leave.
Drug treatment programs provide individualized services that address the types of issues a person is dealing with in their recovery process.
