Terrible experience for our family. Poor communication, serious issues with phone access and delivered mail, and little transparency when I asked for policies or help. I felt families were treated like obstacles, not part of recovery.
DeCoach is the best
Everything that I was told about this place was a complete lie. Staff treats you like kids, there are not enough staff members to provide proper care. There is one counselor to 25 clients in group. They don't provide meals!!! So much more to say!!!
