Chelsi Butler earned her Masters Degree in Psychology, specializing in Crisis Management. She holds licenses and certifications in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including an LSW and LADC, in addition to being a Masters Addiction Counselor (MAC). As a military spouse, she has been afforded the opportunity to travel the world, working in diverse populations, gaining invaluable real world knowledge and expertise. Chelsi’s most recent experience was in Alaska where she became a Certified Interventionist as the Clinical Director for the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence. Chelsi has extensive experience in leadership positions that include working with co-occurring populations, trauma informed person centered care, and the criminal justice reform.

Jessica Graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and is a certified Recovery Coach. She has worked with individuals having substance use disorder for seven years in various roles from community-based supports to inpatient settings. She tries to use this vast experience to help build a strong foundation and connect people to every resource they need to have continuous success throughout their recovery.

Dr. Ginter has nearly two decades of experience working in the addiction treatment field and is a prominent voice in medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT, the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, is widely considered to be an effective tool in battling addiction to opioids and other drugs. Dr. Ginter graduated from Yale University and earned her doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She has lectured extensively on MAT and opioid dependence. Dr. Ginter started her career as a family doctor for underserved populations and eventually found a passion for helping pregnant women struggling with addiction. Most recently, she was the Regional Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for an outpatient addiction treatment provider with 16 sites in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut.
