Verify your coverageThe place is nice, the staff are nice too. I had an over all very good experience with afr. I went there for drug addiction, and I did the program, mainly 12 steps, but there is some other choices too. The counselors were very nice, they were really helping me with my issues, and I am glad I decided to go to rehab, because I just could not keep going how I was going. Now after 5 weeks that I am back i feel stable and I don't feel like I need any drugs ever again. I know you can relapse, but I think I am nit going to, the program was very effective. I recommend a forever recovery to those who are serious about getting clean.
My husband went to BRS 9 months ago and it's amazing how much it helped him. 2 years ago, my husband had back surgery and wasn’t able to get off the medication his doctor prescribed. When we chose BRS it was because the facility was set up with older professionals in mind. It was a beautiful building and the property it sits on is so peaceful. We were able to get him his own room which was a huge selling point for him. During my husband’s stay at BRS he was treated with respect. The staff understood how hard it could be to get off the medication his doctor had prescribed for pain and never made him feel like he was less because he couldn’t do it himself. I was so worried when my husband first got there that I must have called every day for the first week and the people I spoke with were kind and patient with me, never brushed me off because they had answered the same question just the day before. They took the time to explain everything that my husband was going through until I could actually understand what it was like for him. Going through the program at BRS was great for my husband. It’s probably the only time in the last 20 years that he took some time just for himself and while he was able to get off the medication he also had a great time there. He enjoyed the trips that the clients went on each week, he really liked the food and he loved the staff there. He came home 6 months ago and has been doing wonderful. He’s not on any medication but he’s also happier than I’ve seen him in years. He’s smiling more and is content with his life again.
They have years in operation but limited size and lots of experience.
