The power of the group was immense. My peers were the biggest influence on me. The ability to socialize without substances, and the opportunity to explore personal issues were worth the time and effort...(There were) extra costs for meditation, massage and acupuncture....The website is very misleading (about alernative therapies)...only one session of art therapy available, no pet therapy, music therapy was terrible...I would have preferred that all of them were available, especially considering how expensive the treatment is....

The Watershed\'s full continuum of care allowed me to not only learn the tools and skills I needed, but gave me the extra push I needed to incorporate them into my everyday life.
