This company has saved my life!!suffering from the disease of addiction for over 8 years and now having over 31/2 years clean and sober would not have been possible if I did not make it to broadway.The staff and the structure of this program gave me coping skills,life skills and provided a safe environment for me to build my foundation.the individualized care I was given addressed my health, mental, and addiction issues so I could overcome the powerful grasp that my addiction had over my life. Broadway is where I learned to give up, own up, make up, and grow up. I have a debt to this program I will never be able to repay.

I was an employee of this company for just over a year and it was an incredible experience. My coworkers were the anchor on days that the actual work is stressful. I knew that my supervisor would always support and encourage me while giving me valuable insights into any issue I have. I knew I could go to any one of my cohorts at any time for any reason. They say that when you’re told “it’s a family environment” that it really means you’re overworked and underpaid but that was not my experience. I did and still do consider my coworkers my family in the way that I could rely on them when the work got tough, get personal and professional advice, and I know that they’ve still got my back.
