Very secure, no nonsense policy about everything. People don't stay long. Counselors are not there for too long, long enough to get their feet wet in that field and then they leave. I think that could play a part of ones recovery. I like the program, never knew it even existed now that I'm there, I'm shocked to see the amount of people that come and go. Staff are very friendly
