Unlike other centers, they recognize that addiction impacts the whole family. They provided a safe space for us to ask questions, express concerns, and receive the education and emotional support we needed. Alison and Scott are amazing!!
I spent 30 days here and had a great therapist but often groups were facilitated by instructors who were underprepared. You have a lot of unstructured free time that could be used for programming. I relapsed and went back to a different rehab (Swift River) and did much better there. Unfortunately, Spring Hill staff has been calling and texting me over and over again ever since, despite the fact that I have told them many times I decided to go to Swift River instead of choosing Spring Hill. They even called my father several times as I had listed him as my emergency contact. When I finally called to ask that they stop calling me and my father I was accused of lying about being in a different treatment center and hung up on. I finally wrote this review because I could not find another way of making the phone calls stop. Clearly they are hurting for business, but as a person in recovery this hounding made me feel used.
