CONS: [ LITERALLY] Each and every client I personally interacted with had an aura of a lost soul looking to go back to jail. Paying for RehabUnfortunately, the profit-driven American health care system has sometimes not been very good at taking care of people with illnesses and substance abuse problems. Fortunately, the Affordable Care Act is beginning to address these issues; currently, funding for treatment and prevention is being expanded, and by 2014, insurance companies will be required to provide reimbursement for rehab and counseling services.
