"I was deeply disappointed by the leadership here. A recovery program should reward progress, not strip away structure at a vulnerable time. Discharging someone over a minor nondrug-related violation suggest rigid policy enforcement over compassion
Found upper management very uncompassionate and uncaring. Didn't hesitate 1 minute to kick out a client who had no positives or no other infractions for over 3 months for having a pack of cigarettes in room When they allow you to smoke.
