Asana Recovery PHP/IOP Orange County

We live in McKinney, Texas, but my dad went to treatment in Orange County after struggling with alcohol and pills for years. It was a tough road, but Asana Recovery helped him get on track. We didn’t have insurance, but the cash-pay option made it

Luxe Recovery

I’m so glad I decided to come here. I’m from a very small town in Ohio where there is not a lot of great treatment centers and I’ve tried for the last 2 years to get clean. I needed to make a change. My friend went here and is still sober and totally a changed person. That’s what I needed so I made the decision to come here. I came here nervous and uncomfortable because I was so far away from home . Ara was the first person I met here and he was just so kind and very informative about their treatment program. I had no idea he was one of the guys that owned this place. I have never met an owner from any treatment center I’ve been to and for him to take his time out to come and get me and make me feel way more comfortable is just completely amazing and he is also not an addict. He is not did not once make me feel bad about being one you can just tell he really wants to help people change their lives . So I showed up to this beautiful house and it really just had this amazing vibe to it and I started feeling way better about the choice to come here. Every tech I have met is in recovery and are super inspiring and are always willing to talk if we need it and will go above and beyond to help you with a problem your facing. The therapist are really nice and want to truly help you. Everyone is super professional but also personal. They make you feel like we’re all family and they wanna see us be the best people we can be. I recommend anyone to come and experience something different then your old medical treatment centers that have to see 50 or more clients and really get that one on one personal time with yourself and your therapist it was a great experience and if God forbid I relapse I know I can come here with open arms and have no judgment towards me. I’m just happy I made it back alive this is a home away from home with the structure I always needed in my life thank you Luxe for helping me save my life.

I went through A New Start and graduated from the program last year. I can strongly say, without a doubt, that A New Start saved my life. I had absolutely nothing to look forward to, nothing to live for, before entering A New Start. I had no relationship with my family, I had no friends, and I was absolutely destroying my body, just to not feel anything. From my first admissions call, I knew I was going to be in the right place. I was given one on one attention and made to feel comfortable about my decision to enter this program. I\'m not going to lie- the program is not perfect...nothing is. There are little inconsistencies here and there that can be worked on, timeliness that can be worked on... but really, that\'s life! Having one day where I can\'t go to the gym at the promised time isn\'t going to make or break my sobriety. Having quality staff that genuinely care is what really helps you develop skills to stay sober. The one on one therapy was also incredible. The therapists are so great and really know what they\'re doing. They helped me get my relationship back with my family! I would have to say the day I look back on most fondly is my graduation. Staff stood in front of the community with me and vocalized all of the growth they had seen me experience. It was pretty incredible to have someone give me a certificate and remind me that I have come a long way. I have my 1 year sober birthday coming up, and I can genuinely say I wouldn\'t be here without A New Start. I still visit regularly as a member of the alumni program, and I wouldn\'t have it any other way.

More Info

Finding Folsom Recovery Centers Folsom California is possibly best known from the popular song Folsom Prison Blues, recorded by the late country-western singer Johnny Cash in 1955. However, though the community is home to Folsom State Prison, the major employer in town is Intel, a computer hardware company that provides nearly three times as many jobs. Median incomes are one-third higher than in the rest of California, while the cost of living is slightly below the national average. One disturbing statistic for Sacramento County, in which Folsom is located, is a sharp increase in alcohol- and drug-related deaths in recent years. This is the most serious consequence of alcoholism and drug abuse, but it is not the only one. Substance abuse can destroy not only the addict's life, but the lives of people around them.

It's important to get help before it's too late.

What You Need to Ask Before Enrolling in Rehab Treatment

When you decide it's time to deal with your addiction, you will need to find a rehab program that will best meet your specific needs.

Questions to ask before enrolling:

  • Is the program accredited?
  • Are staff members licensed and credentialed?
  • Are detox services available?
  • Is psychological treatment available? (Addiction is often rooted in undiagnosed mental disorders.)
  • Is there a 12-step program or something similar I can participate in?
  • What is the program's success rate?
  • What kind of post-treatment support is offered?
Binge Drinking

"Binge drinking" is defined as drinking large amounts of alcohol on occasion with the goal of becoming intoxicated. Not everyone who engages in this behavior is - or becomes - an alcoholic, but it is a slippery slope that can easily lead to a serious substance abuse problem.
