These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and the opportunity to explore concerns they may not be able to explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved ones as requested. In addition, we offer case management services and support because we recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention.
