They took such good care of my son. The counselors and case managers were competent and professional, but were still able to connect with him. The best part was that he seemed to be having so much fun again. We have our son back! The life and recovery skills taught at this facility should be available to anyone regardless of addiction. My son went a boy and came home a man. The biggest weakness was that when it came time to leave, he wanted to stay. They were good about explaining the process though and he has done very well since.
ANR was a lifesaver. After back surgery I was on pain pills for 5 years and then switched to suboxone for the past 12 years. I could not get off the suboxone on my own, tried several times. After the procedure I had no cravings for suboxone at all. I feel like a new person. Kristi & Robert were great in explaining the whole procedure to me and were very helpful getting the process started. Dr Waismann, Dr Kabemba, Kristi, Robert, Carlos and the whole nursing team were truly angels and lifesavers. They truly care about the people they are treating and do everything in their power to make this a comfortable and successful procedure. Robert has also been great in providing aftercare support. Would highly recommend ANR to anyone who is suffering from opiate addiction.
Best decision Ive made was to go to recovery first for treatment. Highly professional, Caring and understanding stafff at residential! is a life saver therapist! He truly cares about you and tells it like it is! Also, always looked forward to the days we got to see!! (And hear about alumni of course!) =) Overall, very pleased with my experience at Recovery First! #47daysSober. Excellent Residential, Alumni, Therapy and Nursing Staff! Every one of them were great to work with! Business Office Staff is rather unprofessional. Did not communicate well if you had questions. Seemed like they liked to keep you in the dark and became agitated when asked questions. Very frustrating for someone who has never been through treatment before. The rest of the staff makes up for their weakness.
