Treatment Philosophy
Sandstone Care Towson Outpatient Center, just north of Baltimore, treats addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions in teens ages 13–17 and young adults ages 18–35. The center offers two outpatient options: day treatment, with 5 hours of therapy a day, 5 days a week, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that meets 3–4 days a week. Care includes individual, group, and family therapy, along with medication support when needed. Clients also get help with school and career planning, families receive ongoing support, and an alumni community stays connected after treatment ends.
Sandstone Care accepts all major commercial insurance plans but does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. The admissions team can contact each client’s provider to complete a free, confidential verification of benefits, identifying any deductibles, coinsurance, or co-pays upfront.

Everything was of the highest strength. No weaknesses. I wish there was a place for more than 5 stars. I felt so safe, secure and well cared for. The therapists were great as were the yoga instructor, the masseuse, the acupuncturist, the chefs. I could go on and on.
