I grew up in a household that suffered from substance abuse and always told myself that I would never let myself become like that. Well, I did. The staff of this facility lifted me up in ways I couldn’t have imagined prior to coming here. I felt anew and whole again. I am a victim of multiple sexual assaults and I was raised to not wash my dirty laundry in public. I felt this was the most respectful and comfortable environment available. This place really changed my life and I could not recommend it any more. So much inspiration has filled me just from the short time He allowed me to come in contact with these genuinely kind souls.

My son is there. He has no complaints about the facility. He's been in state run facilities and trust me when I say this place is above and beyond EVERYTHING other facilities have offered him. The staff is friendly and attentive to their needs. Even going as far as listening to ideas and concerns of the clients, which, as a result, some changes have been made. It is a very comfortable place helping to keep the client stress level low. They are all fed very well, their meals are very good. My son has no complaints about the food and it's always plentiful. They truly care about the clients. My son has built relationships with the staff. Counseling is also very good. For both my son and our family. He has told me that his counseling goes beyond the twice weekly he is seen. He has homework! Meaning, things he does between his sessions that is reported back to the counselir next time he's seen. I also have found the family counseling sessions to be extremely helpful for me. This is required one hour before each visit and I'm very happy they have implemented this. I can't say enough about this facility. Unfortunately, myson has been to several rehabs. I see a huge difference in Bracebridge and am very happy in his care tgere. I could go on and on, and the few things I could say that needs improved isn't even worth mentioning. Thank you Bracebridge! For giving my son a fighting chance. I am so grateful!
