Laguna Treatment Center
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first arrived as I had never been to a treatment center before. From the moment I walked in the staff was very courteous and kind to me. I was very impressed with their compassion as another patient came in at the same time as me who was in pretty bad shape, and they handled it very well. The counselors who lead the group are very well trained and combine that with their past experience with addiction and bring it current with their current status in recovery. The majority of the nurses and staff on the floors are quick to respond to whatever is needed by the patients and also to resolve issues that may arise. They offer the tools to take forward if you choose to live a life of sobriety and are willing to do the work and lead by example. On top of the therapy and groups, they offer recreation times and evening games led by the sweetest lady. After the program they assist finding the next best appropriate places for each individual. Overall, I have come a long way and would recommend anyone serious about making changes to here. As in the real world, there are always issues with different personalities and I feel like I have gain from here the coping skills to handle what may be ahead of me. Thank you
Luxe Recovery
There is so much to say about Luxe and my experience there. Never before have I been to addiction center where both of the owners are so hands on and caring. Arthur and Ara are here everyday checking with everyone and their staff to make sure everyone is happy, getting what they came into treatment for and more. They customize treatment plans differently for each individual to meet their specific needs and wants. All the staff working here truly care about their clients and you can feel it. I always feel welcome and at home while I was there. The unconditional love and support that the staff provide is truly one of kind and makes all the difference when you are in such a fragile state. Physically and mentally I was broke down coming in. The warmth and support here is contagious and truly makes it such a special place to find sobriety. They pack you week with incredible activities! Activities that reminded me that I can still have fun sober and live my life to the fullest without drugs and alcohol. This was my last treatment center by the grace of God the one that changed my life forever.
