There were so many that helped me while I was here. I had a great experience with every staff member. Dr. Fahs was amazing, he listened to everything I had to say and took the time to sit down with me. He helped me a great deal with my anxiety by prescribing the right medication. He checked on me when I came back from the emergency room and the ENT. I went through a lot while I was here and I made sure to thank him before leaving. Leah the nurse also checked on me. Lauren my therapist, she is an amazing listener. When I broke down crying in her office, she was so easy to talk to. She is very kind and has a caring heart for her clients. Victoria in the Business Office helped me by sending paperwork to my public defender so I did not get into trouble, she helped me understand the process. Mattie the Care Coordinator was so helpful interacting with all the clients, she has a wonderful heart and is very compassionate. Jessica in Transportation is hilarious and also very compassionate and outgoing, I really appreciated that being here because it made my time so much easier. I related with her a lot. She took me to the emergency room twice during a very difficult time, she made me smile. The nursing staff were so patient. They were all helpful with my medications and explaining the side effects, they sent emails to the doctors if I needed anything. The staff was exceptionally wonderful and kind during my two isolation weeks when I had to quarantine. Rachel the TA helped me while I was in quarantine by cheering me up and keeping me positive. She is a good listener. In their own way, everyone here goes above and beyond. I came across so many challenges while I was here that I wouldn't have been able to handle had I not had the support from staff. I felt so welcomed.
