My Therapist Cami and the TA's Jocelyn, Iyesha, and Rachel really helped me because they were very kind and courteous. They always asked me how I was doing and really cared. I learned a lot from the groups here but the main thing that sticks out is to always have an exit plan if I get into a situation that might affect my sobriety and recognizing my red flags and triggers. I really loved doing the arts and crafts activities they have here and they also have spa night which is really fun and therapeutic and its so important for my self care.
