I’ve been to Best Drug Rehab twice now. For 5 years I struggled with a heroin addiction and 2 years ago my parents sent me to BDR. Going there completely changed my life. The staff were really nice and helped me get through my detox with as little discomfort as possible. Getting through that initial period where I didn’t know anyone, wasn’t comfortable in my surroundings and felt awful was a lot easier with the staff that were there. Going through the Best Drug Rehab program was beyond helpful. During my program, I came to understand why I had started using in the first place and what I needed to do in order stay clean. After finishing that first program I went home and was clean for over a year. In that time, I started working, went back to school and overall did really well. I ended up relapsing 6 months ago and while it’s awful that I relapsed I was able to handle it quickly. I went to my parents, told them I had relapsed and that I wanted to go back to BDR. They sent me right away and I started my 2nd program. What was great about going to BDR the 2nd time was that they didn’t make me feel awful about relapsing but instead just helped me get a handle on it. I learned just as much the second time as I did the first. I’m back home again and I’ve been clean for 4 months now. Going to Best Drug Rehab helped me stay clean. Going there also helped me get back on my feet really quickly when I did relapse.
I went to Serenity a few months ago. And I am so grateful for the experience I had there. I really feel like a made a good choice with Serenity. It was the first place I'd been to, that treated me like a person, without judgement and without making me feel like a criminal. I was able to see a therapist a few times a week, and we also had several group sessions that I enjoyed, and were mostly beneficial for my recovery. I learned a lot about myself and finally developed some structure and routine in my life. I learned so much about relations and all the experience and knowledge I earned at Serenity, are so useful in building a sober life for myself. There was always plenty to do and I just loved my stay there overall. I particularly enjoyed the different activities that they offered, all the outings that we had. It was super to go out and have some fun even though that we are in a rehab. I made so many new friends, I am happy that the destiny got me to meet them. Thanks you for all the people who helped me through this time. I would definitely recommend Serenity to anyone who is struggling.
