So transformations half way house is a good place but mainly I am speaking for the outpatient in this review. Since I got to town there is a few absolutely amazing and beautiful people that I have met and I will tell you the outpatient counselors are amazing I have the upmost respect for them Bobby and Lisa are amazing people and they are the type of people that make a positive difference in the world I can only hope that someday I will be in the position that they are in. And let me tell you if I end up anything like either of them I will have fulfilled a huge part of my life's goals I hope and pray that someday I could be as amazing and beneficial to the world as those two are. So yes my rating is above and beyond any five star rating these people hold a special place in my heart.
Great indivdual counseling and staff support.
Highly educated and experienced clinical staff and a dedicated director's board. Staff are easily contacted by concerned family and return phone calls promptly. Case management is in touch with families on a weekly basis. a very healing and informative family weekend. Clients get a chance to experience triggers from the outside world while still experiencing treatment. Clients encouraged to get jobs and be financially responsible before discharge, not continue to be dependent on parents or loved ones, clients are hooked up with community resources, staff is highly skilled and educated, they give a lot of scholarships, the directors are readily available and answer the phone 24/7, really good team work among staff members, staff members are in recovery themselves and really enjoy their jobs, - New program - Space constraints of facility, small rooms, not enough offices, parking - Lack of training and short sobriety requirement for technicians, they tend to get into power struggles - not very good therapist retention - no women on their director's or management team .
