I only needed to get away for a few days, so when the few days were up I was ready to go. Being away from "friends" was what I really needed, not a 12 step program. Medicating the clients was the main form of "treatment", I felt/feel this was not only ineffective but hypocritical. Only abstinence and 12 step, simple solutions for the simple minded. $22,000 for 15 days......the counselors were not qualified and the nurses, doctors, and CMAs were below par.
