Hanna LeBaron has been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 1999. She started as support staff in a psychiatric hospital and moved diligently through the ranks all the way to Executive Clinical Director. In her distinguished career, she has developed two clinical outpatient programs and two residential programs. Hanna's passion is to establish effective, evidence-based and fun treatment programs throughout the country. She believes that clients need to be treated holistically, which includes all of the levels of being a human being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social. Hanna is passionate about her work. Her passion stems from her own struggles with substance abuse and from her own successful long-term recovery. Hanna believes in people's ability to reach long-term emotional recovery through proper treatment and support. Nobody is ever beyond help for her. Hanna earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Utah in 2013. Hanna believes in life-long learning and self-improvement. Since then, she has worked on learning different evidence-based modalities in treating addictions and mental health issues, especially trauma and personality disorders. Hanna is an EMDR certified clinician, as well.

Catherine, BSN has been a Registered Nurse for the last 8 years. As a second career, and with a prior Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, she obtained an Associate’s degree in nursing in 2011 and began her career in the Emergency Department. In 2017 she obtained her BSN, while still continuing as an ER nurse. It was during her time as an ER nurse that she often experienced with patients and families the devastating effects of substance abuse. This compelled her to accept a floor nurse position with the Maryland Center for Addiction treatment in March of 2018 when it opened it’s doors. Within 3 months Catherine shifted from an occasional floor nurse at MCAT and full-time ER nurse, to a full-time RN Case Manager at MCAT and an occasional ER floor nurse. In July of 2019, Catherine accepted the Director of Nursing position at MCAT, and truly feels that she has found her nursing niche in substance abuse treatment and nursing management. She is currently looking forward to graduating in December 2020 with her Master’s of Science in Nursing to become a family nurse practitioner.

Jessica Elliott is a graduate of Rhode Island College with degrees in Psychology and Chemical Dependency/Addiction Studies. She holds a Master’s degree from Salve Regina University in Holistic Therapy and received her CAGS in Mental Health in 2013. Ms. Elliott is certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, Expressive and Creative Arts Facilitator, Motivational Interviewing Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor. Jessica has worked in the field as a clinician since 2005. Prior to joining the CSRI team, she held various clinical leadership positions for a large behavioral health organization. As Clinical Director of CSRI, she is now providing patient care as well as training and clinical oversight to our staff.
