I was here for a 30 day program, and I flew all the way from Buffalo, NY to be here. Sunspire was a blessing in disguise, I learned so much about ME through the programs they offer. The food is to die for, and my experience with everyone was very positive! In fact I still keep in contact with a number if staff and people I have met through Sunspire. They taught me how to live a sober life, giving me tools to carry along the journey of a sober life. Of course there are some Hiccup's in any business, but the staff here really do care! I was there in Dec. 2016-till Jan. 2017 and had nothing less than a positive experience. Give it a try and you will be amazed!
I would have gone in sooner but was too scared my daughter would be taken from me by her father that I just kept saying I was choosing to do the drug and I could stop any time if I wanted, but I didn't want to. A year into my downward spiral I had to stop and I couldn't do it by myself. I bit the bullet, told my daughters, dad, and stepmom about my problem and the next morning bright and early, was up and dressed and packed and heading to the right step facility in Houston. scared to freaking death. I vowed to get sober and stay sober for the rest of my life. Awesome people awesome doctors, and awesome care and new beginnings.
Professionals to talk to and an entire support system behind me to aid in my recovery to not have drugs be the first thing I think of when I wake up.
