I've never met such a more caring and compassionate group of people in my life!! They go above and beyond to make sure you have all the tools and resources to be successful. Whatever they can do to make sure your comfortable, they will! It's been over 2 months and they still check on me periodically!! For anyone who does not know what smart recovery is it uses researched based methods to assist with addictive behaviors. it is more if a self-knowledge and self-empowerment type of course and I highly recommend that you give it a try if you are able. By being an active drug and alcohol user I lacked a great deal of motivation and it was nearly impossible for me to want to care about doing anything. This helped me to cope with my urges of using and feeling the need to use like clock work and By managing my thoughts and feelings I was able to drastically control my dangerous and daring behaviors and learn how to lived a well balanced life. You see when you really try to overcome something and you know that there is more that you could be doing with your life you tend to see great things that can be in store for you. It was hard and trying at times and I felt like giving up sometimes because I did not think I had it in me, but I kept on pushing through it and I am so proud that I am able to stand here today knowing that because of my accomplishments and hard work and determination I was able to start a whole knew fulfilling life.

Personnel were very caring and attentive. Small and need more group field trips other than laundry. I thought it was a great experience. The simplicity of it made me focus mainly on myself which was the major issue. I have recommended it to a few people seeking help.
