Verify your coverageIt’s a beautiful facility, five stars there. One star for everything else, except for the food! Fine dining, room service, nice amenities, really great staff and decent treatment. But I have to drop this by so many stars due to the constant lack of communication between therapists, lack of known individual therapy sessions per week or ever changing, mix ups constantly With medication charts, no emdr, only “secret” accudetox needling, overwhelmed and understaffed nurses and medical team, confusing and lack of care psychiatry and only One time a week medical talk with actual dr that was a zoom call, no golf or tennis, and o Lordy the phone rules…. phone for business or not while we are there…? One guy there needed his phone for business, and the only way he could use it was a new rule all of a sudden where could pay $10,000 and then it was suddenly allowed. This was not the case for all people there. BIGGEST PERSONAL ISSUE: They claimed that my insurance was probably going to be denied so they didn’t bother submitting at all. With behavior health being so important these days I called my insurance company after my stay and they said that The facility should have submitted it. Now they are saying they are not even willing to try, or “back bill” it. It took almost 3 weeks to get this answer out of them after calling over and over emailing etc. and now it’s the end of the year and I feel like I’m screwed out of money I could have saved. They also promised to send the itemized bill that I could submit to my insurance numerous times, and I have yet to receive that months later, and I am simply expecting not too. Overall, it was a glamorous rehabilitation that was very comfortable, and I really love some of the treatments and therapists there, but it was over-priced and it’s overrated based on my experience.
