I think everyone that has a problem should go because it does help 100% but it is up to you. It is a good experience to share with everybody that there is help out there for them... you just have to want it.
I thought the group sessions were really helpful and the treatment care plans exercise equipment. The treatment program was nice and I felt like it helped me some, but it is only a 21 day program and that isn't enough time to really get a lot of benefit from it.
