Heather Frye is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and serves as the Clinical Director at Recovery Centers of America, Bracebridge Hall. Heather came to RCA from Drexel University, her alma mater, where she served as the Track Director for the PMHNP Program. Heather specializes in the assessment and treatment of co-occurring disorders and collaborates intensely with the clinical team to individualize patient care. She has co-presented Give Power to Word of Mouth: Adding a Clinical Education Component to a Community Service Program on Heroin at the International Nurses Society on Addiction conference and presented Spread HOPE (Heroin Opioids Public Education): Nursing Pearls for Patient Education at the Delaware Nurses Association Annual Conference.

Before beginning his career in medicine, Dr. Jeffrey Gall spent a year and a half on active duty for training in the USMC Reserve, completing Boot Camp at Paris Island and continuing to a course in Ground Radio Repair at 29 Palms, CA. He left the Marines with an Honorable Discharger as a Sergeant (E-5), having served briefly during Operation Desert Storm. Dr. Gall completed his BS in Biology from The George Washington University, and entered medical school at GW, finishing in 2001. Following an internship in 2002 in Internal Medicine at North Shore – NYU in New York, Dr. Gall completed his Emergency Medicine Residency in GWU in 2005, becoming Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine in 2006. Following his residency, he worked at a variety of Locum Tenens jobs in the ER, before accepting a job as Assistant Professor of Medicine with The University of Maryland. He worked in Baltimore City for four years before taking a leave of absence for 6 months to do a training program in Retrieval Medicine in Queensland, Australia. This job involved helicopter and fixed-wing transports of ill patients from remote sites. Since returning from Australia, Dr. Gall has worked in Maryland exclusively, both on the Eastern Shore and with the UM Capital Region Health system in PG County. One thing he’s noticed during his time in emergency departments: Patients who frequently re-visit the ER for substance abuse. His interest in addiction treatment, and for having a good option for intervention to treatment, lead him to Recovery Centers of America. Dr. Gall is also personally attached to substance use disorder treatment, as he has watched family members navigate through a confusing and often frustrating process of treatment and relapse. He is eager to contribute to RCA’s mission of breaking the stigma of addiction and getting patients effective, comprehensive addiction treatment.

Anya is a licensed clinical social worker who holds a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration, mental health specialization, and substance abuse sub-specialization. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and has years of experience providing direct services to individuals and groups with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Anya is dedicated to building rapport with clients and establishing a relationship of trust. Anya treats clients using a holistic approach incorporating experiential, cognitive, behavioral and psychoanalytical theory and modalities. Anya keeps a strong focus on addressing triggers, underlying issues, building and accomplishing goals, addiction education and connection to supports. She brings experience in working with addiction, trauma and LGBT issues with an individual, group, and families.
