Khushbu Modh received her master’s in social work from New York University, is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified clinical supervisor. Her bachelor’s degree was completed at Rutgers University with a double major in psychology and criminal justice. With more than ten years of experience in the field, she has focused on substance use disorders and mental health. Khushbu believes in a person-centered approach using both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She specializes in working with individuals and families in a clinical setting to address issues of substance use and mental health.

Dr. Andrew Youssouf is double board certified in both Addiction Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He was a frontline ER doctor for over a decade, witnessing and treating the fallout from addiction. These experiences inspired him to come to RCA to lead the medical team and join the fight to help patients and their families get their true lives back.
