I had lost all hope before I started going to treatment. All of the counselors even the ones that were not mine made me feel like they genuinely cared about my well being. I am still working very hard with my counselor and group but for the first time in my life I am hanging in there and not using. I am only writing this because I want others to know that this is a place worth going. It is clean, caring and they try extra hard to get you what you need to understand how to stop using and stay that way. I highly recommend.
The Goldbridge Treatment center provides a wonderful and effective experience that includes but is not limited to a structured schedule that focuses on the integral aspects of addiction rehabilitation. The staff exceeded any expectation I had for client services and counseling. I cannot put into words how wonderful this experience was. I recommend this treatment center for anyone. Everyone that worked here was amazing. 10/10 ! Thank you everyone!
Offered family therapy. I have monitored every aspect of care as he has a dual diagnosis. I was very happy in general with Valley Hope in the aspect of the staff doing their job. My son was underage and all regulations were followed in providing his safety and health. The staff was also very considerate of my part in my child's recovery, I was never turned away or told I could not participate in his treatment or therapy. My only complaint was his mental therapy, I was not taken serious enough when I was trying to explain to them he had more than a drug problem and to my regret my son was unable to really start to get completely clean until psychiatric treatment and medicine was given to him, there was post traumatic stress, and some psycosis he was able to hide from his "team" because they believed that all his problems was a product of his age and drug abuse, and I was labeled "codependant mother".
