Duffy's Napa Valley Rehab
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY UP FRONT!!!!! They will tell you that you will get reimbursed but you have to do it yourself if your insurance is slow pay. That they will help you with everything and they didn’t. They strung me along believing my insurance had coded it wrong. They took my 30,000 cash and I have been fighting a year and will get nothing. My insurance said Duffy’s basically took my money then made it look like it was not medically necessary for me to be there. I wrote to the CEO and he said we were well aware that it was private pay. That is a straight lie. I wouldn’t be having to appeal to the state now. Which I’m told does not work. Do not trust this rehab !!!! The CEO and Julia have no moral compass. Very sad.
Laguna Treatment Center
Therapy top gun. Unfortunately they were reorganizing program. In 7 days had to move rooms 4 times. They did not have staff to clean rooms. Opened dresser drawer. Full of tin cans old food. Others had dirty sheets. No oraganization of new times of meal or class times or where the location of of class may be. One of the therapist walked down hallway saying: "THIS IS TOTAL CHAOS"... I AM VERY GREATFUL THAT IN TOWN HALL MEETING WE WERE ASKED WHAT PROBLEMS WE HAVING WITH TOTAL MAKE OVER and opinions... Unfortunately they all said this is chaos...I will self pay for a week and was charged $7,000. Too much of the time was spent on make over. Went to class with my favorite therapist just to have the therapist spent the whole time complaint about the system change over. I can't blame the therapist. They didn't even know what new room was assigned for class. So long story short. Loved therapy. Learned a lot but the daily changing of rules or class location or floor changes was crazy n not productive as far as I was concerned due to the fact I had to pay $1,000 a day to be there... About your kitchen? Your meal planners n cooks were top gun! Amazing dinning experience! Also I need a receipt for the $7,000 check I wrote you. I very kindy thank you for your help!!!

My name is Matthew Noreen and I was a resident here at CBH from 6/22/2020 through 7/23/2020.. I just Graduated the program in 32 days and I am writing this because I am truly Thankful to them All.. I would like to Give CBH 7 Stars but it will only like me give 5 .. CBH is a fantastic place to get your Body .Mind and Sprit back into shape. ALL the Safe here are fantastic and attentive to what you are going through. The Therapist here are Truly top notch and take the time to truly help you and get to know you , your needs and get down to that nitty gritty of what your block out.. They even help you and your family reconnect if there is an issue there.. . My therapist while here was Dulce .. And I must say she is a 10 out of 10 . She truly was very attentive ,Listening to me and calling me on my BS and helping me reconnect with my wife helping us learn new ways of communication so the we will be able to have a healthy communication style in our marriage .While also helping teach me new healthy coping skills for me to deal with life in a health way . I truly am so very thankful for being lead to CBH.. If you are looking for help do not hesitate to call them and ask for help it will be the Best start to your new You ... There facility is truly very nice .. You have your own rooms , a community pool and rec area , Misters and shade for the hot desert days .. Fantastic food cooked for you by Eddie and Tyrone . You get to go on daily walks as well as fun outings even in this Covid 19 times.. We went to the Beach , Hiking in Idyllwild, Hiking and Swimming in a waterfall in Palm Springs .. Are just to name some of the things they take you to do as events ...They truly are working hard here to help you step up and out of your comfort zone so that you can go... So if you are looking for help Like I was and want to put in the work to get the Help .. DO IT... Remember ( YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN ) ... Truly do not Hesitate to call Paul or Melissa to get started on the new you ....
