For containment, structure and loving care Bluff is incredible! I’ve been there twice and both times I was impressed with interactions with daily staff. My therapists on both occasions were incredible but this is not a place where psychiatrists are of much value. Preliminary trauma work is definitely possible with a staff and the horses.
