Verify your coverageValley Hope was the type of tx approach that my friend needed. She was also highly motivated to get sober and change her life, which makes all the difference. Valley Hope takes the 12 Step approach to substance abuse treatment, which works very well for some individuals.
It is true that the more you put into your recovery the more you can get out. I also think that Sunflower does an amazing job in giving you the tools and support that you need to accomplish this. I leave in a much healthier and happier place than I walked in 30 days ago. There are plenty of opportunities to participate in, in-house and off site AA, NA, Smart Recory, etc meetings whether you are new or familiar with the program. The counselors have an open door policy and they provide stellar support as well as a variety in lectures and group discussions. I love that you can go to the gym first thing in the morning and that there are activities planned on the weekend such as the lake, movies, and pool. Let's talk about the food! You will not go hungry here. Robert is an amazing chef and will make sure you are taken care of even with diet restrictions. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know!
